Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive/Manager to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and driving sales for Workshaala’s flexible office solutions. The role requires strong client relationship management, proposal drafting, coordination with internal teams, and a keen understanding of commercial real estate or flexible office space solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Sales

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients, generating leads through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Draft and share customized proposals with clients based on their workspace requirements.
  • Maintain active communication with clients, addressing queries and ensuring a seamless sales process.
  • Schedule and conduct site visits, showcasing Workshaala’s office spaces and explaining the offerings.
  • Follow up proactively to convert leads into successful deals.

Coordination & Collaboration

  • Work closely with the design team to develop customized layout designs that align with client needs.
  • Liaise with the operations and legal teams to ensure smooth contract negotiations and agreement execution.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and generate inbound leads.

Market Analysis & Reporting

  • Keep track of market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights.
  • Develop strategies to enhance client retention and ensure a strong pipeline of potential clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (preferably in commercial real estate, flexible offices, or B2B sales).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a client-first approach.
  • Ability to draft compelling sales proposals and presentations.
  • Experience in handling client visits and presentations.
  • Basic understanding of workspace design and layouts to coordinate effectively with the design team.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

We are looking for a Senior IT Executive who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining IT infrastructure, including CCTV systems, networking, patch panels, and OS-level troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage IT projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure & Networking

  • Design, implement, and maintain CCTV systems, ensuring proper coverage and security.
  • Plan and configure I/O ports, patch panels, and structured cabling for seamless connectivity.
  • Manage and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls for optimal network performance.
  • Ensure proper network security protocols, including firewall configurations, VPN setups, and access control.
  • Monitor and maintain Wi-Fi networks, ensuring seamless connectivity for employees and clients.

System Administration & OS Management

  • Manage Windows, Linux, and macOS environments, including installation, updates, and troubleshooting.
