Millennials are happy with the opportunities and the control they have on their schedules.

Generally, performance views are held once a year. At year-end, you would typically receive a score that detailed how well your performance matched the job’s responsibilities. This process is inefficient, also damages morale as employees who thought they were performing well all year long sometimes go blindsided with negative reviews. Hence nowadays, employers have started conducting regular reviews so that the work doesn’t go futile.
